Credit Card Information:
All personal information we receive remains confidential and will
be never shared with others not directly involved with the completion
of your order. Your credit card is charged for the full amount including sales tax, if applicable, when you place your order and a confirmation email will be sent to you. A hard copy of the invoice and customer copy of your credit card charge will be mailed out.
Disclaimer:
Color Samples may vary due to monitor differences. Some textures may also not appear exact. Please be sure that some variation in color and texture and dye lot is acceptable before placing your order. Custom products cannot be returned for color issues. Florida Shade and Blind Co. cannot be responsible for any color, texture, dye lot issues. Remember also, that shades appear differently with daylight passing through them, and different again at night with no backlighting.
Returns: Custom products cannot be returned for credit. If customer requests an alteration, additional charges may apply to have the factory make an adjustment. This could include a factory charge as well as shipping costs.
If product doesn't fit due to a measuring error by a Florida Shade and Blind agent; it will be corrected at our expense. You may choose to measure and install your own products; however, you will be responsible for accurate fit and any damage you incurr during installation.
AT NO TIME IS FLORIDA SHADE AND BLIND RESPONSIBLE FOR COSTS INCURRED ON ALTERATIONS AND REMAKES UNLESS MEASURING WAS PROVIDED BY AN AGENT OF FLORIDA SHADE AND BLIND.
Order Cancellation or Changes:
Your order goes into production within 24 hours. No changes or cancellations can be made after the 24 hour period. Custom products cannot be returned. Items and colors occasionally become out of stock; you will be notified if this occurs and have an opportunity to reselect or cancel your order.
